The tragedy occurred around 7 p.m. on the road to the Col des Prés, at an altitude of some 1,100 meters, when the two-seater of the victims fell for an undetermined reason before hitting the ground and catching fire. Alerted by two residents, rescuers were unable to do anything, finding the burnt plane and the bodies of its two occupants "charred", according to the same source. An investigation is underway to determine the identity of the victims, their origin and the circumstances of the accident.
