China reports successful launch of its spacecraft into orbit

We know that many countries are striving to cooperate with our country in the appropriate direction and are ready for active cooperation, ”said Zhou Jianping, chief designer of the PRC manned space flight program.

The Shenzhou-12 manned spacecraft was launched from the Jiuquan cosmodrome at 09:22 local time (04:22 Moscow time - 

) from a site on the border of Gansu province.

The device will deliver three cosmonauts to the Chinese orbital station under construction.
