The police explained, "The city of Seoul delivered an administrative order to the courier union yesterday (15th) to ban assemblies based on Article 49 of the Infectious Disease Prevention Act, and today we plan to file a complaint with the police."
"The current situation in Yeouido, where thousands of people from all over the country gather in Yeouido, raises concerns that the government's quarantine system will be neutralized," the police said.
"We will take strict measures against illegal acts that endanger the community, including taking various judicial and administrative measures," he said.
The parcel delivery union is conducting a '2 days and 1 night struggle' in Yeouido Park, Yeongdeungpo-gu, to urge the resolution of the problem of overworked delivery workers.
