A man who was wanted for violating probation and other charges was arrested by the police after he tried to sexually assault a woman he did not know.

At the dawn of the 16th, Seoul Gangdong Police Station urgently arrested a 20-year-old man on a road in Cheonho-dong on charges of attempted rape.

Mr. Lee saw Mr. A sitting alone in front of a hotel around 3:30 this morning and said, "Is there no place to sleep, let's go in together".

Mr. A refused the proposal and left his place, but Mr. Lee ran behind Mr. A, covered his mouth, grabbed him, knocked him down, and dragged Mr. A, who resisted, and ran away when he saw a citizen trying to report it.

Upon receiving the report, the police checked the victim's clothing, searched the area, and checked the direction of the escape using the surrounding CCTV.

Then, he found Mr. Lee and followed him and conducted a distrust check, but Mr. Lee only admitted talking to the woman and denied the rest of the allegations, including sexual harassment.

After that, the police confirmed that Mr. Lee was following Mr. A as he was walking and knocked him down through CCTV, and the police arrested Mr. Lee on charges of attempted rape.

During the arrest, Mr. Lee also resisted by lying on the road.

It has been confirmed that Lee was wanted for two cases: violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Traffic Accidents and Violation of the Probation Act.

Police said, "Since Lee is a wanted suspect, we plan to hand over the case to the prosecution."
