<Reporter> The

parcel delivery union, which has been on an indefinite strike since the 9th, held a rally this afternoon at Yeouido Park in Seoul with about 4,000 union members participating.

Through a homeless rally to be held for two days and one night, the courier union demanded the full implementation of the first social agreement that the parcel delivery service would be handled by the courier.

The police defined the rally that day as a violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Management Act and the Infectious Disease Prevention Act and ordered its dissolution, and there was a clash with the union side who tried to bring assembly equipment into Yeouido Park.

In the midst of this, negotiations between the courier company, the agency association and the parcel delivery union have begun to draw up a second social agreement.

In the negotiations that will continue until tomorrow (16th), we plan to clearly set the timing for the delivery of sorting personnel or burden the delivery companies, and discuss measures to compensate for wages and improve the transaction structure due to the decrease in parcel delivery volume.

As the delivery strike continues for a long time, the post office warns of possible delays in parcel delivery and stops receiving parcel delivery services through mobile Internet and call centers.
