A middle school girl who caused a scandal by posting a picture of her classmate along with a picture of her classmate on the carrot market and saying “I am selling for the disabled” was detained in a juvenile detention center for habitually violating the right to school, such as swearing at the teacher.

The Gunsan Probation Center in Jeollabuk-do announced today (11th) that it has obtained the permission of the court and detained Miss A (13), who violated the probation requirements, at the Gwangju Juvenile Center.

In October last year, Ms. A received a short-term probation order from the court in a defamation case where she posted a picture of a friend with a disability along with a picture of a friend with a disability.

At the time, a member of the carrot market who saw this post protested, "How do you sell people? You have to eat bean rice to get your mind right," and Ms. A made fun of it, saying, "I can't eat bean rice because I'm a young man."

However, Miss A did not respond to the guidance, supervision, and instructions of the probation officer at the same time as starting probation without any sign of remorse.

The Gunsan Probation Office explained that the probation officer who visited the house was rude and did not answer the phone.

In addition, on the day of truant absence from school, he not only harassed the students, but also cursed the teachers.

When the homeroom teacher took his cell phone during class, he drove the teacher as a thief and said, "Think of paying 1.08 million won if my phone gets your fingerprints", "Your life as a teacher because you don't have money is so, you're like an XX" continued.

He even uploaded a video of the teacher to social networking service (SNS) and left a message saying, "I will do everything I ask. For example, stab the teacher with a knife."

The probation office, which judged that both actions were out of bounds, immediately took sanctions.

Lim Deok-chun, head of the Inspection Division at the Gunsan Probation Office, said, "We will make sure that any behavior that harasses students and infringes on the teacher's right to teach is judged by the law without regard to the severity." .
