Between 10,000 and 20,000 vehicles that left Tesla's California plant in Fremont (United States) cannot be delivered to their buyers because of a stock problem.

The sources of the site specializing in electric cars, however, did not specify which component blocks the flow of cars.
The company also did not wish to discuss the reasons that led to what many describe as a “logistical nightmare”.
In a statement released in April, the CEO of the American manufacturer, Elon Musk, had simply referred to a "supply chain management problem".
The affected vehicles are currently in storage pending receipt of the missing part.
Tesla must find the necessary space for storage
The situation is particularly difficult to manage for Tesla, which manufactures, markets, ships and delivers its models without garages or partner structures. The company must therefore find the space necessary for the temporary storage of waiting cars. Their number could also increase further since no solution has yet been found. The deadlines necessary for a return to normal were also not known on Monday.
The resolution of the problem would not, however, require the presence of the affected copies at the factory.
Tesla therefore continued to ship incomplete cars to its delivery centers.
Once a way to make the cars ready for use has been found, technicians can quickly and easily apply it.
The high number of cars on which they will have to work will however complicate their task.
