The construction cost that Camco originally contracted for the installation of windows was 750 million won, but the construction cost was reduced to 380 million won through subcontracting.



As the subcontracting process was carried out in this way, the construction cost was reduced by almost half of the original contract amount of Kamco, the client.



However, subcontracting by subcontracting is illegal in principle.



The Ministry of Legislative and Legal Affairs has issued an authoritative interpretation that in order to subcontract, a written approval must be obtained from the client as well as the original request.



However, the subcontracted company B provided an illegal subcontract to a company that did not have a license for the metal window business without such a procedure and made a profit of about 200 million won.
