A man in his fifties who secretly entered someone else's house to set fire to burn a part of my house, and ate alcohol and ramen in it, was sentenced to imprisonment.

At the first trial, the defendant, who said, "Please pay the fine," appeared at the sentencing trial in a patient's suit and said, "I shouldn't be admitted to the hospital" and tried to escape court custody, but was finally arrested in court.

Chuncheon District Law Criminal Division 2 (Judge Jin Won-du) announced today (15th) that he sentenced Mr. A (53), who was charged with arson of the current state building and theft of night housing intrusion, to two years in prison.

At the end of September of last year, Mr. A broke the window of the house in Hongcheon-gun, using the gap where the victim went out, lit a fire, burned 3 valuations, and was handed over to trial for eating soju, beer, and ramen inside the house.

They were also confirmed to have committed coercion and assault, and were tried together.

At the first trial held in March, Mr. A said, "Please give me a fine," from an admitted newspaper confirming the identity of the defendant, and when the prosecution asked for three years in prison, he appealed, "I admit it wrong. Can you beat him with a fine?" .

The lawyer also said, "Because of mental disorders such as alcohol and behavioral disorders, he committed a crime because he could not make a rational judgment, and he is continuing a difficult life as a recipient of basic living security. I've got a good job.

The court sentenced the court to imprisonment, saying, "The damage caused by arson and theft is not great, but we have been punished for violent crimes, and we took into account the fact that the crime was committed again during the period of the crime and that damage compensation was not paid." .

Mr. A, who was present in a patient's suit at the sentence, asked, "I shouldn't be admitted to the hospital" when a warrant was issued, but was eventually led to the guard.

The court ordered Mr. A to complete the 40-hour sexual violence treatment program and register his personal information for 10 years with his sentence.
