The Jeonbuk Police Agency's Cyber ​​Crime Investigation Team announced today (10th) that it sent to the prosecution a 20-year-old Mr. A, who was arrested for violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes, etc.



Five people, including a former hacker, Mr. B, in their 20s, were also arrested on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.



A is reported to have distributed methamphetamine and other narcotics while operating a drug channel in overseas social network services (SNS) from October last year until recently.



They are also accused of illegally filming and distributing drugs after being forced to administer drugs and sexually assault a woman they met on the Internet.



It is known that Mr. B, who met with Mr. A through the Internet, helped distribute drugs by taking charge of channel management.



After receiving a report of the victim, the police arrested six suspects, including Mr. A, in Seoul, Cheonan, and Gunsan after a month of investigation.



At the same time, 200 people confiscated drugs that could be administered at the same time.



A police official said, "We are investigating various cyber crimes on overseas SNS," and said, "We will strictly crack down on illegal activities in cyberspace such as the production and distribution of sexual exploitation and online drug distribution."
