The incident in this video took place on the night of the 5th in front of the Nangok Tunnel in Sillim-dong, Seoul.
The video containing the assault scene spread to various Internet communities overnight, arousing resentment from netizens, and even a petition from the Blue House to punish a man with severe punishment appeared.
Police said that a citizen who was passing by at the time reported and was dispatched, and said that the man who assaulted a taxi driver was arrested as a current offender.
The man who was violated was reported as a taxi passenger, and the police are currently investigating the assault.
