SBS interviewed a citizen who caught a man who sprayed a'don't ask' passers-by at the Hongik University entrance area in Seoul at dawn last weekend.

22-year-old Lee Jun-young said, "I came out to take a taxi to go home, but a man yelled at first, I thought I was drunk."

The woman shouted, "Please save. I can't see her," and explained that she was attacked while helping this woman.

Mr. Lee was sprayed on his face six times, and even in a situation where he could not see his eyes, he inflicted him until the police arrived, helping him in the arrest.

Mr. Lee told reporters, "After being attacked, I thought I could be blinded because I thought it was hydrochloric acid, so I thought that if I missed this person, I was holding onto it in case the party and other citizens would get hurt."

It is said that the perpetrator, who was arrested by the police, said, "I can't remember being drunk," and "I carried a self-defense spray for personal reasons."

Police arrested the perpetrator on charges of special assault.
