The Incheon District Court Criminal Affairs Division 1-3 (Director Judge Kim Hyung-cheol) said today (23rd) that he dismissed the appeal of A (75), who was charged with a teacher who violated the fraud and animal protection law, and sentenced him to six months in prison, the same as the first trial. It.

The Court of Appeals judged that "the first trial seems to have been given the sentence in full consideration of various circumstances that are favorable or disadvantageous to the defendant," and said, "There are no special circumstances to change the sentence after the first trial decision."

He added, "The victim is still complaining of extreme mental pain due to the crime of the defendant," he added. "The sentence of the first trial against the defendant is too heavy and does not appear to be unfair."

On May 17, last year, Mr. A was accused of intercepting two mothers and daughters of Jindo dogs aged 1 to 3 from Gyeonju B at a building material storage facility in Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

He had promised, "I will not slaughter and eat it, and raise it responsibly."

One day before the adoption, Mr. A promised to hand over the Jindo dog after receiving 100,000 won from his friend D (76), and it was investigated that afterwards they planned to slaughter the dog and eat it for the sake of health.

This case was made known in May last year when victim B posted a post on the Blue House National Petition Bulletin entitled'I was slaughtered in less than two hours after I was adopted', and more than 60,000 netizens agreed to the petition.

At the time, Mr. B said, "Because you need to raise it really well, I reassured me, saying,'Don't worry,' (I trust 2 Jindo dogs) and sent it."
