Sarangjeil Church, located in the middle of Jangwi District 10, has been opposed to redevelopment and demolition due to problems such as compensation.
It has been demanding an amount of over 56 billion won, seven times the amount of compensation set by the Seoul City of 8.2 billion won. After a compensation conflict, the court raised the hand of the union in the Myeongdo lawsuit in May last year.
