Choi Seo-won was convicted of abuse and other charges as a key figure in the Gukjeong Nongdan case during the Park Geun-hye administration, and was sentenced to 18 years in prison last year.

Currently, he is imprisoned in Cheongju Women's Prison.

However, it became known that Choi recently sued prison officials to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.

I was treated in prison because the pain in the area where I had been operated in the past was treated, and in the process, I was sexually harassed.

The prison warden also included the charges against the inmates, saying that a medical officer in the prison would give them psychiatric drugs if they had trouble with the inmates.

The Justice Department immediately refuted that this was not true.

He said that it was only a normal course of treatment, and that a female employee was always accompanied.

They drew a line that no psychiatric drugs were given to prisoners.

In addition, he explained that it was sufficiently explained that it was appropriate medical measures to the protesting Choi Seo-won.

Mr. Choi also denied that he did not properly provide masks to inmates, saying, "According to social distancing standards, two sheets are provided free of charge a week."

With the Ministry of Justice and the correctional authorities actively clarifying, the police who took over the case from the prosecution are planning to check the authenticity of Choi and others sooner or later.
