On the 25th of last month, the police applied for a warrant for arrest for 25-year-old Kim Mo, who is accused of invading an apartment in Nowon-gu, Seoul and murdering three mothers and daughters with a weapon.
It was confirmed that Mr. A had been stalking for several months, such as constantly texting and visiting the house, while he was acquainted with his deceased eldest daughter.
The police will also hold a deliberation committee next week to decide whether to disclose Mr. A's identity.
