In the end, about 10 policemen lift up the man and escort him, but he wears bare feet without shoes.
The suspect who had been climbing uphill confronted the police right here and resisted fiercely, including biting the arm of the policeman who was trying to arrest him.

The police were ambush to catch this man, who had an arrest warrant issued on charges of fraud, but he fled from the police.

This man in a barefoot chase was a so-called'romantic scam' suspect.
Through social media, he deceived himself as a woman working for an international organization, approached a man, made acquaintances, and then took off his money.
Police are investigating further with the possibility of organized crime in mind.
