From August 2019 to November of the same year, Mr. A (33), a junior female employee who worked with him, was handed over to trial on charges of violently violating and assaulting.



On August 8, 2019, Mr. A said to Mr. A in his office, "If you like to make coffee, go to Starbucks. You can go to a cafe and clean the toilet and have a coffee."



He also said, "Did you go to church on Sunday? Report a love every Monday?" He said, "If you get old, you won't be able to see it, so get married quickly. Now, even if you don't see it, you'll go quickly," he said, ignoring Mr. A's personality.



After that, Kim's rant continued for four months, and Mr. A suffered from a major depressive disorder that required hospitalization.



Eventually, when Mr. A, who could not endure, reported Mr. Kim for harassment in the workplace and was separated, Mr. Kim visited the victim and threw a wireless phone and assaulted him.



The judge said, "The accused's violent remarks resulted in serious consequences for the victim receiving hospital treatment for mental disorders," and said, "Even after the victim raised the issue with workplace harassment, the defendant did not realize his fault and showed a rather reproof attitude." However, he revealed the reason for the sentence, saying, "The defendant has also been treated in the hospital for depressive symptoms for a long time, and in the process of advising the victim, immatureness seems to have affected the crime.
