The Jeonbuk Police Agency, which is investigating allegations of real estate speculation in a new metropolitan area, launched a forced investigation against the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH).

The Jeonbuk Police Agency's dedicated real estate speculation investigation team, from 8:00 am on the 22nd, put two investigation teams and 14 people to seize and search three locations, including the LH Jeonbuk headquarters and the homes and vehicles of those involved in the case.

The investigation team secured related documents, computer hard disks, and mobile phones for about 2 hours and 40 minutes at LH Jeonbuk Headquarters offices.

The search for seizure was found to have been conducted in connection with the LH employee's suspicion of real estate speculation in the third new city.

The Jeonbuk Police Agency has conducted investigations and internal investigations against LH Jeonbuk Headquarters based on the real estate speculative intelligence it obtained itself and information from the National Investigation Headquarters.

The police accused two employees of LH's Jeonbuk Headquarters for violating the laws on the prevention of corruption and the establishment and operation of the National Rights Commission, and one is being investigated.

However, the suspicion of land purchase by the brother-in-law of a security officer identified in the Blue House's own investigation has been confirmed that the case has not been allocated.

The brother-in-law of a security officer who worked at LH's Jeonbuk Headquarters is suspected of land speculation in the third new city.

The Jeonbuk Police Agency has established a dedicated real estate speculative crime investigation team, including an anti-corruption economic crime investigation team, a violent crime investigation team, and a crime intelligence team, to investigate allegations of real estate speculation by LH employees.

A police official said, "In addition to the ongoing incident, other spies have come in to understand the details of the incident."
