Twenty-one million inhabitants are once again under cover.

The inhabitants of 16 departments entered a new phase of containment this Saturday.

The French affected by this new measure will be able to go outside "without any time limit", and "within a radius limited to 10 kilometers" but will have, as during the two previous confinements, to present a compulsory travel certificate.

A new version of the exit certificate was put online this Saturday morning on the website of the Ministry of the Interior… but still not on the TousAntiCovid application.

When we go to the tab dedicated to exit authorizations in the government app, only the certificate concerning the curfew at 6 p.m. and the one concerning the weekend confinement are mentioned.

The reasons for travel have not been updated either, since for physical activities, for example, travel is limited to 1 hour within a radius of 5 kilometers, while the new rules do not provide for any time limit. and a radius of 10 km around the home.

" We walk on the head !

"

Several Internet users did not fail, Saturday morning, to highlight this quack on social networks.

“It's still a bit of a shame that the exceptional travel certificate is still not updated in the # TousAntiCovid application… Is it so complicated?

», Tweeted a user.

"How is it possible that the TousAntiCovid app has not been up to date since Thursday evening?"

What to do when you can't print?

We walk on the head !

Asked another Twitter user.

"A simplification of the certification system"

As soon as it appeared on the website of the Ministry of the Interior, the new travel certificate has also provoked many taunts on social networks, where it is perceived as the symbol of French bureaucracy.

The complexity of the new certificate was also underlined by many Internet users, a little confused by all the asterisks ...

Faced with many criticisms, the government said "consider simplifying the certification system" allowing residents of confined departments to go out during the day up to 10 km from their homes.

"The idea is to allow the French to use an identity document or proof of address instead of a certificate to justify the fact that they are well 10 km from their place of residence", explained Matignon, specifying that a more detailed communication would follow.
