A Korean Professional Golf (KPGA) player with a history of being punished for taking drugs was also handed over to the trial for drugs, and sentenced to jail at the first trial and arrested in court.

Judge Young-chae Jang, who was solely responsible for criminal 11 of the Seoul Central District Court, sentenced Moh Hwang to 10 months in prison and ordered an additional punishment of 100,000 won for Hwang Mo, who was accused of violating the Narcotics Control Act (hemp and psychosis).

Hwang, who was handed over to trial in a state of imprisonment, was sentenced to imprisonment.

Hwang, a professional player registered in the KPGA, was handed over to trial last May for taking methamphetamine and possessing methamphetamine and cannabis at a motel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Mr. A was handed over to trial on the same charges and sentenced to two years probation after 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment in August 2019, and the judgment was confirmed, but he committed the same crime during the probation period.

The court criticized, "Even though the judgment has been confirmed for the same crime, it is inevitable to be sentenced to imprisonment because he did not self-sufficiently during the probation period and again committed the crime."

However, the court explained the background of the sentence, saying, "The defendant admits his fault and reflects on it as a favorable normal."
