I informed the police that a petition was filed with the police stating that there was a special sale in L City, a high-rise residential-commercial building in Haeundae, Busan.

The list prepared by L City at the time of the sale included the names of more than 120 people, including incumbent lawmakers, former ministers, and lawyers, and the desired floor and lake.

The police recently called for key officials known to have been involved in the preparation of this list. It was said that this came out.

This is an exclusive report by reporter Song Seong-jun.

There were at least three key members of L City who were called and investigated by the police.

Chairman Lee Young-bok and his son's closest close friends are known as those who were involved in making the suspicion of pre-sale in 2015.

In a police investigation, they were said to have explained in detail the process of selling preferential treatment.

According to Chairman Lee's direction, since several years before the sale of L-City, more than 600 subscription bankbooks were collected under the name of another person, and he signed up with this bankbook and secured the right to win 40 apartments.

In addition, more than 80 houses with good prospects were given more money to buy winning tickets, and the royal floor is known to have added more than 100 million won.

The suspicion is the core of the suspicion that people on the list at the time were able to sell the 120 units that were finally secured by mobilizing the bank account for the new name.

[L City official: It means that I gave this sale right to the people on the list.

It was

reported that in this process, Chairman Lee paid 50 million won for the pre-sale contract instead, or gave over the pre-sale right as it was at the original pre-sale price in the process.

[L City officials: It was very organized and there are employees who delivered the money.]

In response, the people who actually received the sale insist that there was no preferential treatment.

[Personalized on the list of suspicion of pre-sale of preferential sale: (in 2017) went to the prosecution and was investigated (because of non-prosecution)...

.

I sold for a loss.] The

police plan to determine whether or not to sell preferential sales by tracking the sales process and the flow of money.
