The emergency appeal filed by the prosecutors' office requesting that the late President Park In-geun, who has committed to confinement, forced labor, and a black burial, to cancel the conviction of former Brother Welfare Support Center, was dismissed.

The second part of the Supreme Court (Presiding Judge Ahn Cheol-sang) announced today (11) that it had dismissed the decision in the emergency appeal of Park, who was convicted of special confinement and was convicted of innocence.

The judge ruled that "this case does not correspond to the'when the judgment in the case violated the law', which was set as the reason for an emergency appeal."
