The arson suspect, a 53-year-old monk A, called the police at around 6:35 pm yesterday (5th) and reported that he set fire to Daeungjeon.



Even in the police investigation, Mr. A softly admitted to the crime, saying,'The monks who lived together made me feel sorry for drinking and accidentally set fire'.



This fire destroyed Daewoongjeon in Naejangsa Temple, inflicting an estimated 1.7 billion won in property damage to the fire department, but fortunately there was no human injury.
