At the National Court Chiefs' Meeting held today (4th) afternoon, Chief Justice Kim Myung-soo once again apologized for the controversy over false clarifications surrounding the resignation of Deputy Chief Judge Im Seong-geun.
Supreme Court Chief Kim said in his greeting, "I once again apologize for causing disappointment and concern to all the court family members due to my unacknowledgement."
He said, "As the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, I will do my best to protect the independence of the court and the court."
In addition, he stressed, "We will continue to promote the reform of the judicial administration structure and improvement of the system for good trials through communication with not only the members of the court, but also with society.
