Cha Gyu-geun, head of the Immigration Division of the Ministry of Justice, who requested an arrest warrant in advance by the Suwon Prosecutors' Office, is one of the key targets of investigation of the alleged illegal withdrawal of Kim Hak's former vice-minister last year.

The prosecution believes that there is a charge of abandonment of work and abuse of authority by approving it after the fact that the prosecutor Gyu-won Lee, who was a member of the Great Health Checkup Team at the time, made an emergency withdrawal as a fake document.

The prosecution's first case of an arrest warrant was requested by the prosecutor of former Vice Minister Kim's illegal withdrawal. The prosecutor's office filed a request

for an arrest warrant against Cha headquarters at around 6 pm yesterday. He said he applied for the convocation of the Investigation Review Committee.

Mr. Cha's lawyer explained that he applied for a convocation of the Investigation Review Committee to determine whether the investigation and prosecution of the case were valid.

In particular, with regard to the prosecution's judgment that there were some procedural problems in the withdrawal process of former Vice Minister Kim, he refuted, "At the time, the emergency ban on departure was inevitable and practical requirements were also met.

However, there are many observations that it will not have a significant impact on the court's schedule of substantive examination of warrants and whether the warrant is issued, as the head of the Investigation and Deliberation Committee requested the convocation of the Investigation Review Committee after the prosecution's request for an arrest warrant.
