In the last five years, traffic accidents under the age of 64 have decreased by 6%, while accidents over the age of 65 have increased by 44%.



People in their 70s than in their 60s and in their 80s than in their 70s were more likely to lead to death or serious injury.



Some argue that a conditional driver's license should be introduced for older drivers.



Foreign countries have implemented measures such as prohibiting driving at night or on highways, or limiting the maximum driving speed to 60 km/h.



There are also plans to allow only vehicles equipped with emergency braking or lane departure prevention devices to drive.
