The driver captured was a teenage student about to enter high school, and it was revealed that he drove someone else's car.

As a result of a police investigation, the captured driver was revealed as Army A entering high school next month.



Police believe that Army A was driving an unlicensed car after getting on another person's car parked at an industrial building in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do around 0 o'clock today.



The police said that Army A did not drink alcohol and are accused of violating the Road Traffic Act and are investigating additional charges for vehicle theft.

Around 7:40 this morning, a worker was killed by materials at a construction site in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.



Police believe that some of the pillars fell to the floor and hit workers in the process of lifting the iron pillars on the truck with a forklift.
