In relation to the report on the suspicion of sexual violence by artist Park Jae-dong broadcasted by SBS 8 News in 2018, the Supreme Court decided on the 25th in a lawsuit for political information filed against SBS by Park Jae-dong.

In 2018, a female cartoonist's sexual violence memoir revealed a suspicion of sexual harassment of a junior cartoonist who went to ask for officiating, and SBS reported this through 8 News.

Painter Park filed a lawsuit demanding the deletion of the article and corrective reporting, claiming that the content of the report was false, but the Supreme Court ruled that the appeal was dismissed, saying that it was clear that the appeal on the part of Park was clear.

Previously, the first and second trial courts ruled against the plaintiff, claiming that the credibility of the victim's statement that he was sexually harassed by painter Park was recognized.
