Does Joe Biden's 12-year-old German Shepherd Champ have the stature of a presidential dog?
Greg Kelly, presenter on the ultra-conservative American channel Newsmax, doubts it.
The journalist even qualified the animal of the American president of "dump dog" this Friday while a photo of Champ was displayed on the screen.
"Have you seen the dog?"
Doesn't he look a little… rough?
Says the presenter, hilariously.
" I love dogs !
But this one needs a bath, a comb, love and care.

On social media, animal rights activists and dog lovers were offended by these comments.
"This dog is a brave beast, this guy is an asshole", loose including a surfer.
Joe Biden's Twitter account dedicated to the two German Shepherds also reacted.
“The human said I was a beautiful old boy,” says Champ.
