According to him, China in this project gave foreign countries the opportunity to prepare for it in advance.
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed Roscosmos to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with China on cooperation in the creation of an International Scientific Lunar Station.
