A court employee was caught prostitution with a woman he met on a chat app, and was reported to the police after arguing over payment.

The Seoul Suseo Police Department accused a man in his 50s who had been engaged in prostitution at a motel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on charges of violating the law on punishment, such as arranging for prostitution, at around 2:50 pm on the 11th.

Also, a woman in her thirties who intercepted money from a man's wallet after prostitution with a man was also charged with prostitution and theft.

As a result of a police investigation, it was confirmed that they agreed to prostitution for 200,000 won on an anonymous chat application and met at a motel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the first day of the Lunar New Year holiday.

However, after prostitution, disputes broke out over the issue of compensation, and when a woman reported to the police with the intention of "not getting the money properly," their prostitution was discovered.

Later, in the process of listening to the statements from both sides, the police secured the information that the woman took hundreds of thousands of won from the men's wallet and added charges of theft against the woman.

The man is known to be a 7th class civil servant working in a court in the metropolitan area.

The police are investigating the details of the case based on their statements.

After the investigation, the court said that if there were reasons for disciplinary action, it would demand a disciplinary decision against the employee.
