A policeman driving a patrol car finds a white SUV standing on the opposite side and turns the car in a hurry.



As the SUV car starts moving, the police who got out of the car hurriedly run and block.



This is a scene where Mr. A, a man in his 20s, came to Seoul, about 400 km away, wearing an electronic anklet from Geoje, Gyeongsangnam-do.



Mr. A, a sexual violence ex-convict, has to stay in Geoje City, where his house is located for 10 years after being released from the office in 2018, but suddenly left Geoje City without obtaining permission at around 7:30 on the morning of the 6th. 



The probation office called and ordered him to return again, but when Mr. A turned off his phone, saying, "I want to get some air," the police began pursuing.



The police found out that Mr. A left the parking lot after staying for more than two hours at a large shopping mall in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and informed him of the suspected vehicle number, and within four minutes, a patrol car passing by found the vehicle and arrested it.



An acquaintance of Mr. A, who sat in the driver's seat, said that Mr. A was frustrated and wanted to get some air, so he was going to go back after visiting shopping malls.



But the excuse didn't work.



The police applied for a warrant of arrest against Mr. A for violating the Electronic Device Attachment Act, and the court accepted it, saying he was a criminal and feared to escape.
