The man suspected of having shot dead three women, between Drôme, Ardèche and Alsace, was still in custody on Friday.

According to investigators, several clues, including the weapons, the car and the professions of the victims, support the thesis of a criminal journey perpetrated by the same individual.

The 45-year-old man, suspected of being behind the murder of three women, three mothers of families killed in 48 hours between Alsace and Drôme-Ardèche, was still in police custody on Friday morning.

Arrested the day before in Valence, he is suspected of being the author of this criminal journey.

Among his victims, two were HRD, and the last, team leader Pôle Emploi in Valence.

Professional common point

According to the information gathered by Europe 1, several material clues support the thesis of this criminal expedition.

First, the caliber of the army used.

Each time, 9mm bullets were found, corresponding to the suspect's two weapons: a Glock 17 and a Taurus pistol.

Then the same car was reported at the various crime scenes.

The red car he was pulled over on Thursday morning.

Finally, there is this professional common point: three HRD victims, including a man who survived, and an employment center manager.

Ten years after his dismissal

This bundle of concordant clues must, however, be supplemented by DNA and telephone analyzes, and the hearings of the suspect who has so far remained silent. 

Officially, the two investigations (that of the gendarmes in Alsace, and of the judicial police in Drôme) remain separate, but the investigators exchange a lot between them to understand the course and the criminal motivation of this 45-year-old engineer.

The latter, unemployed, sports shooter, seems to have maturely premeditated his actions.
