Six days after the courier labor and management reached a social agreement with the content that sorting is the responsibility of the courier, the KCTU decided to go on a general strike again.
The parcel delivery union is scheduled to hold a press conference in front of the headquarters of Hanjin Courier in Jung-gu, Seoul at 2 pm today (27th) to reveal details related to the commencement of a general social strike.
A union official said, "We will declare a general social strike at a press conference."
The union held an emergency press conference yesterday and denounced that couriers unilaterally broke social agreements.
