In 2017, the prosecution's prosecution was that the son of former Attorney General Cho Kook issued a false confirmation even though he had never worked in Choi's lawyer's office.
CEO Choi strongly denied the charges from the first trial, saying that it was issued through actual activities such as assisting documents.
