Today (25th), the National Human Rights Commission decided on the results of an ex officio investigation for half a year, saying, "Park Won-soon's words and actions correspond to sexual harassment."

This means that former Mayor Park Won-soon actually admitted to sexual harassment on the victim.

As a state agency, it was the second time after the court that the sexual harassment suffered by the victim was real.

Looking at the votes of the National Human Rights Commissioner Choi Young-ae and nine members for about five hours starting at 2 pm, Mayor Park's behavior was a sexual act that made people feel sexually humiliated or disgusted.

Mayor Park sent inappropriate messages, photos and emoticons to the victim late at night, and acknowledged the victim's claim that he touched nails and hands with nail art in the office.

We urged not only the Seoul Metropolitan Government, but also other organizations to take measures to prevent sexual violence and prevent secondary damage.

When Mayor Park died, the police and prosecutors concluded the investigation of sexual violence-related suspicions with'no public prosecution', making it virtually impossible to further identify the substance.

Therefore, the decision of the NHRCK is expected to be the final judgment of the state agency on the suspicion.
