According to the police, Mr. A (44), who lives in an apartment in Guro-gu, Seoul, stabbed his daughter B (8) with a knife in the kitchen at around 6:30 pm yesterday (20th).
It was her brother (14) who protected Miss B from further crimes.
The brother, who witnessed his mother stabbing his younger brother, took his younger brother into the room, and it was investigated that he prevented his mother from leaning into the door.
The police, who were reported and dispatched, arrested the current offender on charges of special injury under the Special Cases Act on Child Abuse Penalties for A, who was flirting with other family members who had been contacted by his brother.
At the site, a knife used by Mr. A and clothes of the victim with blood were found.
It was investigated that the father was not in the house at the time of the crime.
Ms. B suffered a 7cm cut on his back and was transported to a nearby hospital, but it is said that there is no harm in life.
Mr. A, who was arrested, is known to have repeatedly said in a police investigation that "the IRS was eavesdropping on me and committed a crime to prove innocent."
The police, who determined that the investigation was difficult, put Mr. A in a mental hospital.
