According to information from Europe 1, the Bordeaux judicial police arrested this week three men wanted by the Spanish authorities and targeted by European arrest warrants.

One of them notably sexually assaulted and kidnapped a young woman.

According to information from Europe 1, the judicial police of Bordeaux made two series of arrests this week in two different cases, as part of the execution of a European arrest warrant issued by the Spanish authorities.

Earlier this week, the police first arrested a man of Spanish nationality in his fifties.

Ten days earlier, he had taken advantage of a leave of absence from his Spanish prison to sexually assault and kidnap a young woman.

He was imprisoned for similar facts.

After the assault, he fled to France.

The Spanish authorities then warned their French counterparts, who spotted and arrested the attacker.

Then, on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, two young Albanians fled Spain for France.

They had just attempted to commit homicide in their community.

Alerted early in the morning, French police officers from the Bordeaux BRI located the suspects' car, mounted a surveillance device, before arresting the two men.
