Two accomplices of Jo Joo-bin, who produced sexual exploits and distributed them to the Telegram'Park Sabang', were sentenced to medium sentences at the first trial.



Part 31 of the Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Agreement (President Judge Cho Seong-pil) was imprisoned today (21st) to Kang Hoon (20), a so-called'buta', who was arrested for the production and distribution of pornography, forced harassment, coercion, and intimidation under the Youth Sexual Protection Act. And 11 years respectively to another accomplice, a 28-year-old Han Mo.



Earlier, the prosecution sentenced Kang to 30 years in prison and Han to 20 years in prison.



The court also ordered the two to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program, disclose personal information for five years, and restrict employment in children and youth-related organizations and welfare facilities for the disabled for five years.



The request for an order to attach a location tracking electronic device (electronic anklet) has been dismissed.



Kang, known as the ``second person'' of the doctor's room, conspired with Jo in September-November 2019 and threatened 18 victims, including 7 children and adolescents, to film and produce sexual exploitation videos, and for commercial purposes, on Telegram. He was charged with selling and distributing.



Han attempted to sexually assault a juvenile victim according to Mr. Cho's instructions, but was charged with an attempt to rape (violation of the Act on Sexual Protection of Children and Juveniles, etc.).



He is also accused of sexually abusing the victim, including obscene acts, and after filming the video, he transmitted it to Mr. Jo to disseminate it in'Doctoral Room'.
