Jo Joo-bin, who was sentenced to 40 years in prison in the first trial for spreading sexual exploitation, was sentenced to a heavy sentence of 15 years in prison in the case where the prosecution further prosecuted him for related charges.



The prosecution sought 15 years in prison on charges of similar rape and concealment of criminal proceeds at a trial of Cho's decision held today (20th) at the hearing of the 30th section of the criminal agreement of the Seoul Central District Court.



The prosecution said, "The defendant has already been sentenced to heavy punishment for the sexual exploitation of a number of victims, but the crime was massive and new damage was discovered." And requested severe punishment.



At the direction of Mr. Jo, the prosecution sentenced Mo Kang to six months in prison, who is accused of converting cryptocurrency, the proceeds from crime.



In his final statement, Mr. Jo apologized, saying, "I have nothing to blame for all the triggers or causes of the incident, and no matter what circumstances I meet, my feelings of sorry for the victims will not change."



Mr. Cho was charged with hiding the profit of about 108 million won over 53 times by receiving the criminal proceeds obtained through'Park Sabang', a chat room for sexual exploitation information opened through Telegram, in virtual currency. Additional prosecutions were made in October of last year.



Jo is also suspected of distributing sexual exploitation of 7 children and adolescents and 15 adults in the ``hardcore room'' in November 2019, and distributing the sexual exploitation of 3 adults in the ``doctoral information room'' in March last year. .
