Senior citizens of a rental apartment in Gimpo.

It is said that the elderly have lent bankbooks to the senior senior citizens for the past five years.

[Mr. A: Please borrow a bankbook.

He said he lent everything to others...

.]

Since then, 30 to 500,000 won has been deposited into the accounts of the elderly each month.

It is said that 90% of the deposited money was given to the Senior Senior Citizen's Chairman and received about 30,000 to 40,000 won like pocket money.

[Mr. A: (Chairman of the Senior Citizens' Party) The money came out, so come find me.

Then give me 30,000 won.

I'm asking what, so just use it, yeah.]

What's the identity of the deposited money?

It was a compensation for seniors aged 65 and over to collect illegal banners and flyers.

However, the elderly, around eighty years old, confess that they have never touched banners or flyers.

It is the statement of the elderly that there were workers who arranged flyers right here and carried them to the town office.

Chairman Senior Senior Citizens argues that only a small part of the work is done without work, and most of the elderly have actually done the work.

The city of Gimpo confessed that it had paid compensation only by looking at the submitted documents.

Also, when the coverage began, the rules were changed to require identification.

The police began an investigation, seeing that there will be more cases of unfair receipt of such compensation.
