From noon, pre-spraying of calcium chloride was initiated, and the second stage of snow removal was issued at 3:40 pm when the heavy snow warning was issued.

Today, the snow cloud that stretched north and south quickly passed through the metropolitan area at a speed of 45 km/h, and the time when it snowed was not long.
However, in 2-3 hours, 4.5cm of snow accumulated at the official Seoul Observatory, 2.8cm in Incheon, and 12.3cm in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do.
In Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu fell 2.5cm, while Dongjak-gu fell 7.4cm.
Heavy snow warnings are still in effect in the southeastern area of Seoul, the eastern part of Gyeonggi, the west coast of Chungnam, and the inland of Gangwon-do.
Most of the snow in the metropolitan area and Chungnam will stop at night, and the Yeongseo area in Gangwon is expected to continue until dawn.
