few days ago, a sailor who was working off the coast of Ulsan fell into the sea.

The day was cold and it was an emergency that could not be reached even by throwing a tube, but the captain of another nearby ship jumped into the sea and saved the crew in a situation where he was also unwell.

This is the exclusive report by UBC reporter Shin Hye-ji.

A man jumps out of a boat built at the pier, picks up a long rod, and rushes to somewhere.

A man who was working on another ship fell into the sea.

Even if you stretch the rod back and forth, it won't reach you, and throwing the tube only increases your distance from the drowning man, but it's useless to beckon towards the passing ship.

This man, who has been wandering for a long time, eventually jumps into the sea with his bare body.

The man, who has been floating in the water for a long time supporting the body of a drowning man, goes up to land only after the sea view arrives.

Captain Kim In-hak, who was repairing ship engines at the time.

[Kim In-hak/Captain of Rescue: Since there was a sound saying,'Salvation address, rescue address', people are going to descend soon, so I entered (to the sea) without even thinking about it.] It

has been less than a week since shoulder surgery

.

He said he was rather sorry for not being able to jump into the sea right away because it was not a time.

On the day Captain Kim jumped into the sea to rescue the drowned, the temperature was only 3 degrees below zero and the water temperature was around 10 degrees.

[Choi Kwang-sik/Ulsan Port Police Box: Golden Time usually requires life to be saved within 3-4 minutes. By the way, the captain secured the golden time well... .]

The man who was rescued in time expressed his gratitude to Captain Kim.

[Rescue crew: It seems like it is great to throw your body to help, and I will imitate it and live by helping people if that happens.]
