A motorist was killed in the night from Sunday to Monday in Bayonne by police shooting when she had just hit an official, according to information gathered by Europe 1. Around 1 a.m., a police crew spotted a car zigzagging on the road.
The police came up to her, but failed to stop her.
The motorist succumbed to his injuries
Finally intercepted on avenue du Maréchal Soult, the driver would have restarted when the police had dismounted to control her.
According to the first elements of the investigation, she would then have struck one of the officials, slightly injured in the knee.
Another police officer opened fire and hit the motorist who succumbed to his injuries at around 3 a.m.
