At about 5 pm yesterday, a water pipe, estimated to be 500mm in diameter, burst at the intersection near Gacheon University Gil Hospital in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, and water filled the road.

This morning, the minimum temperature in Seoul dropped to 12 degrees below zero, 6 degrees lower than yesterday.
