The court dismissed the application for provisional injunction made by a medical group asking for the suspension of the validity of taking the written examination for the doctor's national examination by Cho Kook, former Minister of Justice and Cho Min, daughter of Dongyang University professor Chung Kyung-shim.



Today (6th), the 21st Division of the Seoul Eastern District Law Civil Affairs Division (Senior Deputy Judge Tae-hyuk Lim) concluded last month's application for a temporary injunction for suspension of effect that the Korean Pediatrics and Adolescents Medical Association filed against the National Examination Institute for Health and Medical Services (Kuksiwon).





He also said, "According to the medical law, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is required to enforce the medical law, so it is not acceptable to file a provisional disposition for the Civil Execution Act, not an administrative lawsuit."



Previously, Lim Hyun-taek, chairman of the Korean Pediatrics and Adolescents Medical Association, had to suspend the validity of taking the written examination at the time of the doctor's office until the final decision of Professor Chung, who was handed over to the trial on charges of irregularities in the entrance examination for his child, and sentenced to four years in prison at the first trial. I filed an application for provisional injunction to the Seoul Eastern District Law.



Cho, who is a senior at Pusan ​​National University's Graduate School of Medicine, passed the 2021 National Doctoral Examination in September of last year, and has a written exam on the 7th to 8th of this month.
