of one police chief apologized, as seen in Mungyeong Gyeongsangbuk-kindergarten teacher two people accused of abusing a child.

However, the parents of the victims are protesting that the police who conducted the investigation judged it as an incident that required improvement of the education method rather than punishment for the teacher and turned it over to the prosecution.

is a clear bruise on the arm of a child who attended a kindergarten in Mungyeong last July.

Parents also suspected child abuse when their pants burst and their bags were torn by sharp objects.

Eventually, when the child refused to go to kindergarten, the parents reported to the child protection agency and the police investigated.

Parents who watched the kindergarten CCTV together with the police complain that there was continuous abuse, such as using scissors to act dangerous to the child.

[Mother of the victim: At first, the child came to the house and said that the mother did not want to go to (kindergarten) because she could not do activities... I gave enough signals, but I'm so sorry that I couldn't quickly recognize the child.]

As a result of the police investigation, 30 cases of child abuse were confirmed from May to August, and two teachers were sent to the prosecution.

However, the parents of the victims are calling for a full re-investigation, saying that the police sent the teachers as a child protection case to improve the education system, not as a punishment, and that the cotton bat was only disposed of.

It is not understandable that the director of a kindergarten, who accused him of neglecting child abuse supervision, was sent as a non-prosecution opinion.

[Mother of the victim: Regarding the case of the director's complaint, the part sent to the prosecution without a victim's statement is too unfair.]

In this regard, the kindergarten has been sufficiently called by the police and said that he would observe the prosecution's investigation and court judgment in the future.
