From today (24th) to New Year's January 3rd, sunset and sunrise spots in national parks are completely closed and events are banned.
The Ministry of Environment said it would completely ban sunset and sunrise events in the national park as special quarantine measures were implemented during Christmas and New Year holidays.
In addition, parking lots in all national parks will be closed for 4 days from December 31st to January 3rd, and trails will be closed from 3pm.
Violation of this access restriction will result in a penalty of over 100,000 won.
The National Park Service is planning to set the peaks of the mountains, peaks, and beaches, which are major sunrise locations, as quarantine bases, and guide distance and mask wear guidelines.
