A man in his 30s, who is being tried for murdering his girlfriend and his older sister, admits his wrongdoing to the court and is repeatedly reflecting on it.

However, the bereaved side is calling for severe punishment, saying, "It is a trick to reduce the sentence."

According to the legal community today (24th), the Daejeon District Court has held four trials since the end of July, the 33-year-old Mr. A, who was charged with robbery and murder.

Mr. A strangled his girlfriend in an apartment in Dangjin City, Chungcheongnam-do at 10:30 pm on June 25th.

Immediately after breaking into the house of his girlfriend who lives in the same apartment, he hid in the room and killed the older sister who returned from work the next morning.

Mr. A stole his girlfriend's sister's car and went down to Ulsan and ran away after having a car accident. It was also found to have concealed.

Mr. A, who was prosecuted under arrest, has been found to be seeking a predecessor by submitting 14 reflections to the court so far.

As a result, the father of the victims posted a message on the Blue House National Petition Bulletin the day before and appealed to the defendant to sentence him to death.

"My life was shattered when my two daughters were brutally murdered," he said. "But the defendant only tries to reduce the sentence by claiming mental and physical weakness at trial."

The petitioner also pleaded with the accused to impose strong penalties to prevent potential further damage.

As of 3 pm today, more than 50,000 people agreed to this petition.
